Christian Horner's hearing into allegations of inappropriate behaviour will be held on Friday with Red Bull wanting the matter resolved before February 15, according to reports.
On Monday, it emerged the 50-year-old was facing a probe with Red Bull confirming they were investigating the matter.
In a statement, they said: "After becoming aware of recent allegations, the company initiated an independent investigation.
"This investigation, which is already underway, is being carried out by an external specialised lawyer.

"The company takes these matters extremely seriously and the investigation will be complete as soon as practicable.
"It would not be appropriate to make any further comments at this time."
The claims have surfaced just weeks before the start of the new F1 season, which is due to commence next month.
Red Bull will be hoping for their driver to win again, with Max Verstappen reigning supreme in each of the past three seasons.
According to German outlet Auto Motor und Sport, a hearing will commence on Friday.
And Red Bull want the situation sorted 'as quickly as possible' before their team launch on February 15.
Horner's defenders, according to the Daily Mail, say the accusations are 'smears aimed at unseating him from power'.
The 50-year-old has been with Red Bull ever since 2005 and has overseen a period of huge success for the F1 side.
Sebastian Vettel won four titles between 2010 and 2013 while racing for Red Bull.
And Verstappen has been unstoppable ever since securing his first crown back in 2021.
Horner married Spice Girls star Geri Halliwell back in 2015 in Bedfordshire.
And Ginger Spice is said to be 'devastated' by the allegations made against her husband.
Other reports have also suggested the 51-year-old has been left in 'floods of tears' by the claims.
Meanwhile, Williams Team Principal James Vowles has become the first senior F1 staff member to discuss the complaints against Horner.
And Vowles insists F1 must learn from the allegations, regardless of the outcome of the investigation.
“These allegations are allegations," he stated.

“I'm afraid I don't have any understanding of what is behind them and the significance of what has happened.
“All I can say [is] that should this ever happen in our regard, we'll be entirely supportive in terms of fixing it and making sure we have a culture that is accepting of everyone.
"I think it means we all have to look each other in the mirror and make sure that we are posing the right questions internally and acting in a way that we can only be proud of, not today but in the next 10 years."
The new F1 season will commence on March 2, with the first race of the campaign set to take place in Bahrain.
