The female employee at the centre of the Christian Horner saga has reportedly lodged an official complaint about his behaviour to the FIA.
Red Bull completed their investigation into the accusations made against Horner at the end of last month with the 50-year-old cleared of any wrongdoing.
The F1 team found no evidence of inappropriate behaviour from Horner and they were confident the investigation had been "fair, rigourous and impartial".
Horner, who has denied the accusations made against him, was hopeful the findings from Red Bull would help put an end to the speculation and felt it was "time to draw a line under" it all.

But the female employee has now 'lodged an official complaint about his behaviour' the FIA, according to the BBC.
The report claims the woman 'will ask Red Bull to reconsider its decision'.
It also adds that 'two whistleblower complaints' had already been registered with the FIA's ethics committee previously.
Red Bull Racing are said to be 'not aware of the complaint' while the FIA have not responded to requests for comment.
Speaking after the Saudi Arabian Grand Prix, Horner explained he felt that case was closed having been cleared of any wrongdoing by the investigation.
"The reality is that there was a grievance raised, it was dealt with in the most professional manner by the group, that appointed an independent KC, one of the most reputable in the land," he said.
"He took time to investigate all the facts. He looked at everything and he came to a conclusion where he dismissed the grievance.
"As far as I'm concerned, as far as Red Bull is concerned, we move on."
But Toto Wolff has criticised the manner in which Red Bull have handled the case with calls for more "transparency".

"From the outside, we're treated to a lot of drama. But for a team like Red Bull, a situation like this isn't great," he said.
"Not saying everything only makes it more interesting, leading to more questions, more stories, more speculation.
"But there is a real story in the background, and it's the most important one - why did a woman who felt uncomfortable go to HR? Why hasn't anything talked about this yet?
