Christian Horner's female accuser at Red Bull is reportedly set to appeal the result of the investigation into the team principal.
Horner was cleared of any wrongdoing last month following allegations of inappropriate behaviour but it is claimed the accuser has now changed lawyers.
The saga has clouded the start of the Formula One season, which has again been dominated by Red Bull and three-time world champion Max Verstappen.
Verstappen has won the first two races of the campaign but speculation surrounding Horner has continued to grab headlines.

Less than 24 hours after Horner was cleared by an independent investigation, an anonymous email account leaked alleged messages and photographs purporting to be evidence.
The female accuser was reportedly suspended by Red Bull ahead of last weekend's Saudi Arabian Grand Prix.
Horner called for a line to be drawn under the saga in the build-up to the race.
But The Sun claims the accuser has now changed her legal representation and will appeal the outcome.
Horner again put on a united front with his Spice Girl wife Geri Halliwell at the weekend.
But the pair now face the prospect of the saga rumbling on ahead of the next F1 race at the Australian Grand Prix on March 24.
Halliwell and Horner are parents to seven-year-old Monty and both have a child from previous relationships.
Horner posted a grateful Mother's Day message to Halliwell on Instagram on Sunday.
He wrote: "So appreciative of the mums in our family for everything they do. We’re always grateful, today and every day."
Ahead of the Saudi Arabian GP, Horner called for the 'intrusion' into his family to end.
He said: "It's obviously been a very trying period. I'm married and have three children. And when that intrusion includes your children and the scrutiny that is placed upon your marriage...
"I'm very fortunate that I have a beautiful family and a very supportive wife. Of course, It's very trying, it's very challenging.

"When there's children involved, parents, families, it's not pretty.
"The intrusion on my family is now enough. We need to move forward. It's time now to focus on why we're here, which is to go Formula One racing.
"There's been one thing after and a lot of leakage around what is a private and confidential matter between the employees and the company.
"It's unfortunately through that leakage garnered an awful lot of coverage."

He added: "I think an awful lot was made out of this.
"Obviously it has been of great interest in different elements of the media for different reasons. The time now is to look forward and draw a line under it.
