Former US Open champion Emma Raducanu has split with her German coach, Sebastian Sachs, after nearly six months together.
Raducanu, currently ranked 107 in the world, only started working with Sachs back in mid-December, but she has announced a parting of the ways as she seeks her sixth coach in two years.
Posting on Twitter, the 20-year-old said: “I have really enjoyed Seb’s coaching and working with him, it’s unfortunate that circumstances made it unfeasible for both of us to continue right now and we have decided to part ways.
"I wish Seb all the best moving forwards."

Sachs previously coached Swiss player Belinda Bencic when she won a gold medal at the Tokyo Olympics, but joins as Raducanu’s latest overhaul following Nigel Sears, Andrew Richardson, Torben Beltz and Dmitry Tursunov.
His only Grand Slam together with Raducanu saw her crash out in the second round of the Australian Open.
Raducanu spoke about forging a long-term link with Sachs in Melbourne, saying: “I really like Seb, I think that we’ve been doing some great work.
"He’s very objective and really experienced, actually. I just love the way that we’re working together and I really hope it lasts.”
Raducanu’s team meanwhile insists this latest overhaul was achieved by mutual consent as the 20-year-old looks to prioritise the process of recovering from her injuries.
They say they have not yet begun the processor of looking for Sachs’ successor.
However, there’s a concern that some of the best coaches may be put off from working with the British Number One due to her high turnover.
The 2021 US Open champion is currently recovering from a triple surgery on her wrists and ankle which have ruled her out from the Wimbledon and French Open this summer, while she remains a doubt for the Flushing Meadows.

Raducanu also pulled out of her scheduled first round match at the Madrid Open just hours before she was set to play Viktoriya Tomova in April.
The sudden withdrawal came after an abrupt preview interview on the tournament’s media day where she said just 58 words in response to 16 questions.
The awkward encounter, which lasted less than three minutes, appeared to show the tennis player feeling the strain of one of her worst runs since turning professional.
