The former England captain secured six Premier League titles during his glittering spell at Old Trafford
On Monday, it was claimed David Beckham could make a stunning return to Manchester United.
The England legend won every major trophy during his spell at Old Trafford, including six Premier League titles a a Champions League crown, before leaving for Real Madrid in 2003.
Fast-forward to now, and there's talk of Beckham heading back to his old club.
With Qatari billionaire Sheikh Jassim eager to purchase the Red Devils from the Glazers, they could bring the 48-year-old in as an ambassador.

Sheikh Jassim, it's previously been reported, is open to giving former United players roles in the club's set-up if his offer succeeds.
That's a policy European giants Ajax, Barcelona and Bayern Munich have all operated over the years.
And Beckham, back in July, hinted he'd be open to a return to United by confessing it would 'mean the world' to him.
"I have a lot going on here at the moment and my focus has purely been on [Inter] Miami and everything that goes on in my business," he said.
"But I haven't been approached and I suppose any involvement with Manchester United would mean the world to me, going forward.
"But who knows?
"We'll see what happens in the next few weeks or months.
"Hopefully, a decision gets made and if I'm involved in any way… if not, I'll be a United fan and just do what all the other fans are doing - turn up and watch our team."
Beckham's time at United ended in turbulent fashion.
Two decades ago Sir Alex Ferguson accidentally kicked a boot at the player, who was down in the Scot's pecking order at the time.
The duo's relationship crumbled because Ferguson felt Beckham had got too big for his boots due to his marriage with pop star Wife, Victoria.
Many within United wanted the pair to make up and heal their rift.
Yet that didn't happen, with Beckham sold to Real Madrid and a young Cristiano Ronaldo drafted in as his replacement.
Regarding Sheikh Jassim, the Qatari billionaire is still hoping to buy United despite the Glazers prolonging the saga.
The Americans signalled last November they were open to potentially selling the fallen Premier League giants.
However, a final decision is yet to be made.
Siblings Joel and Avram Glazer insist they're committed to United, despite the backlash they receive at Old Trafford.
And that's an issue with the other four Glazer siblings all ready to sell their shares and go.
Speaking recently, meanwhile, Beckham dropped another hint by saying he 'knew the right people' to take the club back to the top.
"We are one of the, if not the biggest club in the world. We want stability," he said.

"I think that's the most important thing.
"We all have our favourites of who we feel needs to run the club and look after the club to take it back to where it belongs.
"In our eyes, in the eyes of the fans, we are number one.
"We want to be back at the top and I believe I know the right people to do that so we'll see!"
