Phil Taylor has admitted he has changed his mind over playing Luke Littler - even in an exhibition.
Littler has taken the darts world by storm over the last 12 months, first reaching the World Darts Championship out of the blue in 2024 before going on to win it earlier this year.
It saw him become the youngest world champion of all time at the age of 17, beating Michael van Gerwen 7-3 in the final at the Alexandra Palace.
It has led some to believe that the Nuke could be the man to finally break Taylor's incredible record of 16 World Darts Championship titles.

No one else has come close to beating Taylor's record - MVG has the second-most with three - but Littler has time on his side.
There had been talk that the 18-year-old could even play the Power in an exhibition match in a battle between old and young.
Taylor even indicated in an interview with talkSPORT last year that he would be open to such a challenge.
However, speaking to GB News, as Modus Super Series launched its 24/7 darts channel on Pluto TV, the 64-year-old has had a change of heart.
After being asked if he would face Littler, Taylor laughed it off before replying: "No! Absolute not!"

He continued: "What's that game where you got to push the blocks out? Jenga.
"He beat me at that! The little b******! He's a lovely lad, though."
While Littler's meteoric rise has made him a global phenomenon, it might be easy to forget the state of darts before the big bucks arrived.
The Professional Darts Corporation (PDC) started out in 1992 when a group of players broke away from the British Darts Organisation (BDO) - though at the time it was called the World Darts Council (WDC).

And if it was not for Taylor stumping up the cash, it is very likely players such as Littler, Van Gerwen and Luke Humphries would never have been discovered.
Taylor said: "Few years ago, without me there wouldn't have been a PDC.
"The reason being, we got two days before we went to court at the Old Bailey and we were something like £40,000 short to pay the barrister.
"I paid the barrister's wages, the final £40,000. Otherwise, we weren't going to court.

"That is the only reason, wasn't just me. There was Eric [Bristow], Jocky [Wilson], John Lowe. But the £40,000, I had to pay."
Darts has since become one of the most popular sports in Britain, with arenas selling out in seconds to watch the big stars in action.
Whether anyone will come close to beating Taylor's jaw-dropping record of 16 world titles, remains to be seen.
