Beckham had previously shown support for the young darts player, sending him a good luck text message ahead of his World Darts Championship final appearance in January.
That match saw Littler ultimately fall short against Luke Humphries, but marked a breakthrough moment in his career.
The Manchester United fan's connection with Beckham has captured public attention, particularly given Littler's own support for the club.

During Tuesday's BBC Sports Personality of the Year ceremony, Littler had the Salford crowd laughing with his comments about Beckham.
When asked if receiving a text from the Manchester United legend was his highlight of the year, Littler quipped: "Yeah, he's still not followed me, though."
The response drew belly laughs from the audience at the awards ceremony.
Just days later, Littler's playful callout appears to have worked, with Beckham now among his social media followers.
Littler is now preparing for his opening match at this year's World Darts Championship, where he faces Ryan Meikle in the second round at Alexandra Palace on Saturday night.
It caps off a remarkable week for the teenage star, who finished second in the BBC Sports Personality of the Year main award behind athlete Keely Hodgkinson.
Speaking after winning Young Sports Personality of the Year, Littler said: "It shows how well I have done this year. I know how big the sport has got - and it just goes to show how much I have changed it."
