Luke Littler has warned his fans that vultures have set up fake accounts pretending to be him as he prepares for night four of the Premier League on Thursday.
The 18-year-old has become a household name over the past 12 months or so, winning multiple titles to become the poster boy of darts.
As ever, however, fame has some downsides.
It is not uncommon for so-called fans to set up fake accounts pretending to be famous people.

And that's now happened to Littler, with the Briton taking to Instagram to warn his fans.
Sharing a screenshot of the account in question, he wrote: "Fake Snapchat account going round of me so just watch out people, funny enough the account has blocked me but yeah watch out people."
In a follow-up post, he added: "Someone has sent me this so whoever it is has changed the name of the account so if anyone can report it."
Littler has earned roughly £1.5million in prize money over the past year.
But fame hasn't always been easy, with the teenager admitting as such.
Littler recently spoke to the Daily Mail about how he's been indundated with messages from girls he believes are after his money.
Speaking after winning the World Darts Championship, he said: "Extra attention comes with me winning the world title and certain reporting restrictions are lifted at the age of 18 so that will have an impact.
"And if I keep winning, I’m not making it easier for myself, am I?

Littler is also believed to have hired a bodyguard, too, to protect himself from overzealous supporters.
Meanwhile, the darts star is currently preparing for night four of the Premier League.
The evening's action will take place in Exeter on Thursday night, with Littler primed to face Stephen Bunting.
