Fallon Sherrock makes confident vow after missing out on blockbuster Luke Littler clash at Ally Pally

Fallon Sherrock has vowed to be back at the Alexandra Palace once again next year to break her winless streak after losing in the opening round once again.
The 'Queen of the Palace' rose to stardom in 2019 when she became the first female darts player to win a match at the PDC World Darts Championship.
She became an overnight sensation and went on to reach the third round before losing to Chris Dobey that year.
Sherrock has been heralded for breaking down barriers for professional women and was awarded an MBE in the 2023 King's Birthday Honours List.

But the 30-year-old has struggled to replicate the form she showed at the Alexandra Palace back in 2019.
She failed to qualify for the tournament the following year but has lost in the first round every year ever since.
Sherrock faced another tricky test this year against Ryan Meikle, who upset Gary Anderson at the Players Championship Finals last month.
The female darts star threatened an upset and forced a deciding set, but Meikle ultimately got the job done in the end.
Sherrock has now reacted to her defeat on social media and insists she's already got her sights set on a return to the Alexandra Palace next year.
"It just wasn't to be my night in the end," Sherrock wrote on Instagram.
"Congratulations to Ryan, I just wish that bullseye for the big fish would have gone in!
"I'll be back in 2025 and I'll be looking for more success on the PDC Women's Series, and to make the Grand Slam and World Championship again.

Sherrock's defeat saw her miss out on a potential blockbuster clash with teen superstar Luke Littler.
The 17-year-old received a bye into the second round after climbing up to 4th in the world rankings in his debut year on tour.
