The Gypsy King recently suffered his first defeat as a professional boxer

Footage has emerged on social media showing Tyson Fury being escorted out of a bar in Morecambe, with the 35-year-old claiming he 'enjoyed one drink too many'.

The Gypsy King dedicated himself to getting in shape for his recent bout with Oleksandr Usyk, with the Briton losing via split decision.

Yet Fury recently treated himself to a night out in his beloved Morecambe, with footage showing the boxing star falling to his knees on the streets on Friday night.

The Sun say Fury had spent time partying with both friends and fans at the Nowhere bar.

He was reportedly asked to leave by security, however, who believed he was too drunk to carry on.

A source said: "He had a couple too many and wasn’t feeling too well either."

A fan on social media said: "Tyson Fury not taking his first ever loss well. Former Heavyweight Champion Tyson Fury is kicked out of bar in Morecambe for being too drunk."

For now, Fury is certainly entitled to enjoy a night out.

His rematch with Usyk won't be happening until December 21, both men spending some time relaxing outside of the sport and the commitments required.

Fury had been unbeaten prior to his first bout with Usyk, which took place last month.

He started the fight on the front foot but, after being wobbled in the ninth, ultimately crashed to defeat.

Fury had pledged to have a few drinks and spend some time with his family following his defeat to Usyk.

"We punched f**k out of each other for 12 rounds," he said in the immediate aftermath of the defeat.

"So I’ll go home, eat some food, drink a few beers, have some family time, walk the dog, go to the tip."

DJ Scott Shearing has defended Fury for his actions, saying: "I’m sure you’ve all seen the video of Tyson Fury being escorted out of Nowhere on FB.

"Lots of people with plenty to say.

"The man is a b****y legend, multi millionaire and yet he is still just like you or me.

"He goes out shopping, just like you. Goes to the pub just like you, maybe gets drunk just like you too.

"I get he is a public figure but he is only human.

"Money and fame can bring its own problems when the temptation for excess of anything is there and available, be it buying fancy cars, houses or going out drinking it must be hard to cope with mentally.

"Don’t get me wrong I wouldn’t turn it down but your every move is in the spotlight.

"He has his own demons with mental health and all that goes along with it but let’s show the man some respect for his achievements and love of Morecambe.
