Mike Tyson and Jake Paul go toe-to-toe in less than a month in one of the most controversial fights in boxing history.

The Netflix trailer for the Mike Tyson and Jake Paul fight has failed to convince boxing fans that the fight should go ahead as planned.

Tyson's surprising return to the ring was announced in March earlier this year with the fight against Paul originally planned for July.

The fight drew plenty of criticism with 31 years between the two of them and Tyson approaching the age of 60.

That scrutiny only increased when Tyson was forced to pull out of the July date after an ulcer flare-up on a flight.

But the fight was soon rescheduled for November 15 with Netflix now releasing an official trailer for the bout.

Both men are filmed standing in a ring with 'Rumble' by Flowdan, Fred Again and Skrillex playing in the background as a narrator attempts to hype up the big event.

"There has never been a night this big," the narrator said in the trailer.

"This is no ordinary fight. This Jake 'El Gallo' Paul, the disruptor, versus Mike Tyson, the baddest man on the planet.

"This is the fight the world has been waiting for."

But the trailer doesn't appear to have hit the mark with some boxing fans who can't understand how it hasn't been cancelled.

One response read: "I am still baffled that Netflix are proudly advertising a 'fight' like this."

Another posted: "Shame on you for hosting this fight. It's genuinely so disrespectful to boxing."

A third wrote: "We are not watching this bs."

One other replied: "This is clearly just a cash grab and not a match that should be taken seriously."

Another said: "We won't be watching."

The fight is set to be hosted at the AT&T Stadium, the home of the NFL side Dallas Cowboys.

The stadium has hosted several high-profile boxing fights over the past decade with a crowd of 73,126 witnessing Canelo Alvarez's win over Billy Joe Saunders three years ago.

Paul has stated previously that he expects a record crowd to watch his fight with Tyson.
