The two men are currently preparing for their blockbuster showdown in Texas on November 15
Jake Paul has been given a court date for Eddie Hearn's $100million defamation lawsuit as his bout with Mike Tyson rapidly approaches.
The 27-year-old is currently hard at work in the gym as he looks to win the fight, which is set to take place in Texas on November 15.
Paul could be distracted in the build-up to the showdown, however.
The former YouTuber has been given an October 16 court date for Hearn's $100m defamation lawsuit, having seen his motion to have the case thrown out rejected by a New York judge.

Hearn and Matchroom Boxing launched a lawsuit against Paul all the way back in September 2022.
Paul had angered them by accusing Hearn and MB of paying boxing judge Glen Feldman to score fights in favour of Katie Taylor and Anthony Joshua.
Taylor beat Amanda Serrano, who was in the Most Valuable Promotions team co-founded by Paul three years ago.
According to The Sun, Hearn is suing for damages of more than £75m.
And how the saga plays out remains to be seen.
There have been calls for Paul and Tyson to abandon their upcoming fight, especially due to the huge 31-year age gap between the two men.
Tyson's last professional fight was back in 2005, though he did face Roy Jones Jr in an exhibition clash in 2020.
Despite the controversy surrounding the upcoming showdown, however, things appear to be proceeding as planned.

Paul has piled on the pounds, with the 27-year-old cutting a rounder figure than usual in recent weeks.
And Tyson has been hitting the pads hard as he looks to summon the magic of old.
Speaking recently, the heavyweight icon opened up on why he was returning to the ring to face a man young enough to be his son.
He says he's keen to defy age and prove it is merely a number, while also shutting down the idea you get weaker as you grow older.

"I want to change biology, I want to change the way people think about age," he said.
He added: "People think that as you get older you become weaker, you become less physically active at a high level.
"It's all psychological. If you believe you feel bad and you feel old - then you feel bad and old.
"If you believe feel great, you feel great. It's all about what we see about ourselves."
