AJ will be hoping to secure victory at Wembley Stadium tonight

Anthony Joshua will land a two-fight deal with Tyson Fury if he's able to beat Daniel Dubois at Wembley Stadium tonight, according to reports.

The 34-year-old will go into the clash on a high, having won all four of his last bouts since his second defeat to Oleksandr Usyk back in 2022.

Joshua will need to be at his brilliant best to beat Dubois, who is hoping to usurp his rival to become the poster boy of British boxing.

It is AJ who is the favourite, however, especially given the vast experience he has of big nights like these.

According to The Sun, Joshua will land a two-fight deal with Fury if he's able to overcome Dubois at a packed-out Wembley.

And if Fury is able to avoid any serious harm or reputational damage in his rematch with Usyk in December, millions of boxing fans from all over the world will finally get their wish of seeing AJ and the Gypsy King go to war.

For years, rumours of the duo fighting have persisted.

With both men approaching the twilight years of their career, however, there's a growing sense that it's now or never.

Joshua may even dream of facing Usyk for a third time if he beats Dubois.

But the report says that's unlikely to happen, with there 'no appetite' to see the two men slog it out once more.

It's claimed Joshua's reputation is dented in the United States after two previous defeats in America.

And that's why boxing chiefs would rather he face Fury, rather than Usyk, in a bout that would draw the eyes of millions across the world.

Fury is currently preparing for his own rematch with Usyk.

He suffered the first professional defeat of his career when he lost to the Ukrainian via split decision back in May.

Regardless of Fury is able to avenge that loss, however, it appears a bout with Joshua is close to finally being agreed.

And whether Joshua can do his part by beating Dubois tonight remains to be seen.

The 34-year-old said he was willing to suffer in the ring in order to become a three-time world champion - and that his rival had best watch out.

"I've been to the well," he said.

"Dan's fighting someone who is willing to die in there, who wants to give it everything to be victorious.

"The thing with fighting is this – it takes more than being strong to be a champion and to be a complete fighter.

"It's good, of course, but I truly believe from what I've studied, read and what great people who have come before me have said, it takes more than being a physical specimen.

"That's a good attribute, but when you come across someone who is willing to take that from you, you've given them your best shot and they are able to take it, that's when you figure out what it takes to be a champion. That's what I've done."
