Anthony Joshua has sparked speculation about his boxing future with cryptic comments made while attending The Last Crescendo event in Saudi Arabia.
The 35-year-old heavyweight star offered an unusually vague response when questioned about his next moves in the sport.
Rather than the typical bold statements boxing fans have come to expect, Joshua's remarks suggested he might be contemplating an extended period away from the ring.
The former world champion was among a star-studded list of boxers watching the event alongside Saudi's elite.

When asked about his future plans, Joshua said: "More fights, this is my life, this is what I do."
However, he immediately followed with a more ambiguous statement: "Right now I sit outside and I watch and then I'll make my return one day.
"Right right I sit back as a fan and watch the great people in the sport I love."
These comments left fans with little clarity about when they might see AJ back in action.

Instead of calling out potential opponents or expressing eagerness to return to the ring, the Watford fighter's tone suggested his next appearance could be some time away.
The timing of Joshua's comments comes amid ongoing speculation about a potential blockbuster clash with Tyson Fury.
Many, including promoter Eddie Hearn, remain hopeful that Fury will reverse his retirement to face Joshua in an all-British showdown.
The 36-year-old Fury has previously announced his retirement five times, with his last hiatus coming in 2022.
Adding intrigue to the evening, Joshua was spotted in close conversation with unified heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk at ringside during the event.
The Last Crescendo event in Saudi Arabia featured several high-profile bouts, including Dmitry Bivol's victory over Artur Beterbiev in their lightweight rematch.
