Zara Tindall is key for the Royal Family not to seem "distant and out of touch", a PR expert has claimed.

The daughter of Princess Anne does not carry out royal duties, nor was she raised with a royal title from birth, unlike her cousins William, Harry, Beatrice and Eugenie.

However, in an exclusive interview with GB News, a PR expert argued that Zara, 43, would be a good choice for King Charles to promote as a working royal, given the current shortage of working members of the Firm.

Earlier this year, both King Charles and Princess Kate revealed they had been diagnosed with a form of cancer and were undergoing treatment.

Luana Ribeira, a business and PR expert and founder of Dauntless PR, told GB News: "Zara Tindall in particular is a popular figure with the public and certainly has none of the airs and graces which can make the Royal Family seem distant and out of touch."

However, Ribeira added that it is unlikely that Zara, along with Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie and Lady Louise Windsor, will become working royals.

She explained: "I think it is unlikely Princess Beatrice, Princess Eugenie, Zara Tindall and Lady Louise Windsor would be asked to become working royals at this point."

Despite this, Ribeira believes it could be a good move for King Charles and the wider Royal Family.

The PR expert added: "Although from a PR point of view, it could be a good move.

"All four represent a younger and more down-to-earth side of the Royal Family."

Zara Tindall works as a professional equestrian, whilst being a mother-of-three to Mia, 10, Lena, five, and Lucas, three.

She tied the knot with professional rugby player Mike Tindall in 2011, whom she started dating in 2003.

Meanwhile, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie each have careers of their own whilst raising their children.

Beatrice, 35, married Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2020, and the couple are raising two children, Wolfie, Edoardo's son from a previous relationship, and Sienna, Beatrice and Edoardo's two-year-old daughter.

Eugenie, 34, married Jack Brooksbank in 2018 and the parents of two boys split their time between the UK and Portugal.

In addition, Lady Louise Windsor is a 20-year-old student at the University of St Andrews in Scotland.
