King Charles has been hailed for his "very successful" first two years as Britain's monarch, as today marks the second anniversary of his accession to the throne.

Queen Elizabeth II, the longest reigning monarch in history, passed away two years ago today at her home in Balmoral, surrounded by the closest members of the Royal Family.
