Princess Kate is "very much on the road to recovery" as she marks her first State Visit at Buckingham Palace since her cancer diagnosis, it has been claimed.

The Princess of Wales joined husband Prince William and King Charles as they greeted the Emir of Qatar and first wife Sheikha Jawaher at Horse Guards Parade.
