GB News presenter Stephen Dixon has slammed Meghan Markle's new Netflix show trailer as "totally fake", claiming the lifestyle series presents a manufactured version of the Duchess of Sussex's daily life.
The presenter's comments came in response to the release of the trailer for Meghan's eight-part Netflix series, which is set to premiere on January 15.
