King Charles is the 'most impatient patient' with his cancer treatment, Fitzwilliams claims

King Charles's latest health update is a "positive development" for the monarch to get as "near as back to normal as possible", it has been claimed.

Palace sources have confirmed that the King, who was diagnosed with cancer in February, will maintain his treatment as a managed condition whilst continuing his public duties.
