Sarah Ferguson posted a picture in Florida after attending a Cancer Alliance event.
The Duchess of York accepted an invitation to the US to raise money for Palm Beach County cancer patients and their families.
The former wife of Prince Andrew was listed as a keynote speaker for the event.
The Duchess was previously diagnosed with both breast and skin cancer and has publicly spoken about her battle with the disease.

GettySarah had a mastectomy after first being diagnosed with breast cancer during a routine screening.
She was then diagnosed with malignant melanoma, a type of skin cancer, after reconstructive surgery for breast cancer.
Taking on Instagram, she described the invitation as a "privilege" to be surrounded by an "incredible community of strength and resilience".
She wrote: "Yesterday, I had the privilege of delivering a keynote address for @canceralliancepalmbeach at the 2025 Shop The Day Away Luncheon."
The duchess added: "Surrounded by an incredible community of strength and resilience, it was deeply moving to share my own cancer journey, hear the inspiring stories of others, and celebrate the unwavering spirit that unites us all.
"A day made extra special by meeting @chrissieevert - an absolute icon in sport, a fellow cancer survivor, and someone that I have always been a total fan of.
"To be able to present her with the Cancer Alliance Lifetime Achievement Award was a true honour.
"Her grace, courage, and dedication to advocacy are nothing short of extraordinary."

The visit comes after the Duchess of York travelled to New York, sharing a photo of the Empire State Building.
The photo, posted to Sarah's Instagram account, showed the royal snapping a picture of the iconic landmark, seemingly taken from the Rockefeller Centre.
