Royal fans were left horrified over Kim Kardashian's use of Princess Diana's iconic cross necklace.
The reality star, 44, donned the jewel at the 2024 LACMA Art + Film Gala on Saturday in Los Angeles.
She paired the amethyst necklace, worn by the late Princess of Wales at a charity gala in 1987, with a plunging white gown.
Kardashian purchased the Attallah Cross at a Sotheby’s auction for just under £200,000 in 2023, and she wore it for the first time over the weekend.

Critics quickly branded the mother-of-four as "sleazy" and "tone deaf" for her fashion decision.
One user commented on social media: "She turned it into something vulgar."
Another quipped: "She had the audacity to put it on with this dress.
"Purely tone deaf, uneducated narcissistic unattractive brain."

A third posted: "If you're going to wear such a sacred religious symbol at least wear it with some class as Diana did. Show some respect."
The reality star added an ivory coat to the ensemble, which she wore off-the-shoulder.
Rounding out her overall look for the event, Kardashian had her hair in a sleek bob, while her makeup consisted of winged eyeliner, brown eyeshadow and a nude lip.
