'Nervous' Kate 'held talks with protection officers' ahead of latest day out

Kate felt "nervous" ahead of a recent day out and discussed the appearance with her protection officers, according to a source.
The Princess of Wales attended her first music festival last weekend at Houghton Festival in Norfolk.
Kate and her friends dined at the Turntable & Napkin restaurant during the festival, where a four-course meal costs £60.
The Princess was dining with the Marquess and Marchioness of Cholmondeley at their home at the time the festival was taking place on their 1,000-acre estate.
Kate felt "nervous" ahead of a recent day out and discussed the appearance with her protection officers, according to a source.

A source told the Mail: "After dinner, one of the guests suggested that Catherine go to the festival.
"Catherine was nervous about the idea, but, after much discussion with her protection officers, she went with lots of security.
'William wasn't there."
It comes as a royal commentator claimed Prince Harry will not speak to Princess Kate privately without Meghan Markle's blessing.
The Prince and Princess of Wales are not currently on speaking terms with the Sussexes.
Kinsey Schofield rubbished claims that the Princess of Wales and the Duke of Sussex have spoken recently.
She said: "The Prince and Princess of Wales are laser-focused on their goals for 2023 and are not distracted by the drama that seems to follow the Sussexes.
"They have made it a point to distance themselves.
