The founder of wellness brand Goop filmed herself making scones, bacon and eggs whilst wearing pyjamas and without makeup.
Fans are convinced the 52-year-old star was taking a swipe at Meghan's recent Netflix cooking series, "With Love, Meghan", which was criticised for its polished presentation.

The apparent rivalry sparked considerable reaction online.
Paltrow's Instagram video on Saturday showed her cooking in her own kitchen, creating what she called a "cleaner take on a classic breakfast".
This stood in stark contrast to the Duchess of Sussex's Netflix series, which featured designer clothing and was filmed in an expensive hired farmhouse.
Meghan shot her cooking show in a £6.2million property in Montecito rather than her own residence.

Paltrow even used the same soundtrack - Natalie Cole's "This Will Be (An Everlasting Love)" - that featured in promos for Meghan's Netflix project.
Social media users were quick to point out the apparent dig at Meghan's show.
One fan wrote: "Gwyneth Paltrow continues to throw shade and I'm here for it! No make-up in her actual kitchen!"

In an apparent response, Meghan shared a series of Instagram Stories on Sunday featuring herself in the kitchen with friend Kelly McKee Zajfen.
The clips showed the Duchess in casual attire - a beige tank top and white linen pants - preparing a "banana split-inspired" breakfast dish.

The final video showed the pair saying "Cheers" with forks before taking a bite, with Meghan exclaiming: "So good!"
She concluded with a close-up of the elegant breakfast, tagging her lifestyle brand As Ever.
