Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s decision to buy a new property in Portugal may have been done with a possible Donald Trump presidency in mind, according to GB News’s Andrew Pierce.
It was revealed last month that the Sussexes have shelled out for a base in Europe in a move that may allow them to acquire a so-called Golden Visa, which allows visa-free access to the European Union’s Schengen area.
The property will also enable the couple to stay over in the continent whenever they make a transatlantic flight.
But according to Andrew, the decision may have been taken with the US election in mind.

“Trump is no friend of Harry or Meghan’s”, he said.
“Meghan has also been spectacularly rude about him. Harry has had these visa issues.

“Perhaps that is why Harry has bought a house in Portugal. Just a thought.”
The Duke of Sussex, 40, has faced scrutiny over his visa in a two-year battle.
A judge previously ruled earlier this year that his documents would not be made public despite his admission in Spare that he previously took drugs.
His references to taking cocaine, marijuana and psychedelic mushrooms led a conservative US think thank to question why he was granted a visa.
Such an admission could often be enough to see a visa not granted to an applicant, and inquests are underway to discover whether the duke lied in his application.
Donald Trump previously told GB News that Harry can expect no help from him should he win a second presidential term, which he did this week.
The president made it clear that “appropriate action” would be taken about Harry’s visa if it was reconsidered.
Trump, 78, is a critic of the duke and his wife, Meghan Markle, claiming they both disrespected the late Queen.
The Republican achieved a thumping win over his Democrat counterpart Kamala Harris, winning both the Electoral College and popular vote.
