Princess Isabella, who will officially turn 18 on April 21, looked stunning in a pale blue power suit for the occasion.
The second-born child of King Frederik X and Queen Mary was the image of her mother as she celebrated with her family.
The 17-year-old royal wore her glossy hair in a half-up style and opted for soft, neutral makeup.
Her parents and younger siblings, 14-year-old twins Prince Vincent and Princess Josephine, joined the celebrations.

The event at Aarhus City Hall showcased local youth talent with musical performances, dancers and a fashion show.
After greeting members of the public in the square, the royal family enjoyed the back-to-back lineup of entertainment.
According to a statement from the royal household, the birthday event was "a tribute to the city's many young talents in the creative fields such as music, sport, cuisine and design".
Crown Prince Christian, 19, was the only family member absent as he is currently undergoing military training.

The celebration came with a significant price tag, with Aarhus Municipality confirming a budget of 290,000 kroner (approximately £32,542).
This included 63,000 kroner (£7,075) for catering and drinks for the 300 guests in attendance.
A mystery gift worth 10,000 kroner (around £714) was also included in the budget.
Princess Isabella will enjoy a second celebration on April 15 at The Royal Danish Theatre in Copenhagen, where over 1,000 young people have been invited.

The milestone birthday will also see Princess Isabella receive the Order of the Elephant from her father King Frederik.
She is expected to wear this prestigious insignia for the first time at the Royal Danish Theatre event, slightly ahead of her actual birthday.
The royal household has already released new birthday portraits of Princess Isabella, taken by photographer Steen Evald at Frederik VIII's Palace at Amalienborg.
A private family celebration is also expected on her actual birthday, which falls on Easter Monday.
