Queen Camilla has "no respect" for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, a royal author has claimed in a new book.
Omid Scobie, who previously wrote a biography about the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, has now written a royal book called Endgame which will hit UK shelves on Tuesday.
The book is said to discuss the scandals that have plagued the Royal Family as a whole over the last few years.
In one section, the author discussed how the Queen has "no respect for the way [Harry and Meghan] handled themselves" after stepping down from their royal duties.
Despite having "no relationship" with the Sussexes, Queen Camilla does have "great sympathy" for what Meghan, in particular, went through, Scobie claimed.
The author also said that King Charles and the Queen enjoy "laugh-filled" lunches with Prince William and Princess Kate in recent months.
Scobie wrote: "In the early days it would have been unimaginable to think that one day William and Kate would meet Charles and Camilla for laugh-filled lunches, but the two couples have grown increasingly closer over the years, especially since the Sussexes' departure."
Elsewhere in Endgame, Scobie launched a scathing attack on Kate.

PAThe author branded the princess as "cold" and lambasted her for "advocating for mental health causes" while publicly ignoring Meghan's own mental health struggles that she spoke about in her 2021 Oprah Winfrey interview.
Scobie also suggested that Kate "shivers" whenever Meghan's name is brought up.
According to the author, the princess and the duchess have not directly communicated since 2019.
The 42-year-old claimed the Princess of Wales never had interest in being friends with Meghan.

LATEST ROYAL NEWS:
Scobie labelled Kate as a Stepford-like royal wife and called her the monarchy's "last shiny thing for many years to come".
The Princess of Wales earned the nickname "Katie Keen", Scobie added, and he further claimed that Queen Elizabeth II liked her because she was "coachable" as opposed to Princess Diana.
The author additionally branded Kate as "technically a part-time working royal" in what he sees as a lack of public engagements from the mother-of-three.
