Queen Camilla has urged King Charles to "slow down" amid recent health concerns, according to an insider.
The Queen has said that the King needs to take it easy as he prepares to go for surgery this week.
An insider said: “The Queen has told him he needs to slow down a bit.”
This comes after Buckingham Palace announced last week that the King was suffering from an enlarged prostate.

The King flew to Norfolk, England on Friday from his Balmoral estate in Scotland.
Yesterday, he was seen driving around his Sandringham estate as he remains there while resting.
Charles undertook 516 engagements last year including 94 abroad.
Robert Hardman, author of a new biography about King Charles III, said that the King is a "grafter" who regularly puts in long hours.
The Queen told well-wishers that the King is "fine."

Hardman said: “The King is a thoroughly decent man, a person of integrity who has always strived to do his best as a public servant and tried to put duty before himself.
“He has always had an innate sense of duty and tried his best to justify his good fortune by working tirelessly to improve the lot of others less fortunate than himself.”
Camilla, 76 spent a night with the King in Scotland before leaving for her mansion in Lacock, Wiltshire.
Yesterday the Queen undertook royal duties on her own in Swindon where she reiterated that the King was "fine" to a member of the public.
The Queen was given get well soon cards for the King.

The Queen previously told the public that the King was doing “fine” and is “looking forward to getting back to work” after a visit to the Aberdeen Art Gallery last week.
Camilla travelled to Swindon to visit the Swindon Domestic Abuse Support Service (SDASS) and Swindon’s oldest family run business, Deacon & Son Jewellers.
Outside the jewellers, the Queen was welcomed by people waving union jack flags and received get well cards for her husband, the King.
The Queen is expected to step up her royal duties as her husband, the King and Princess Kate are unable to work due to health concerns.
