Queen Camilla has left the hospital where King Charles was being treated after accompanying him this morning.
The King was treated at The London Clinic for an enlarged prostate and it has been confirmed that he had the operation today.
It is custom for members of the Royal Family to attend hospital by themselves, however, Camilla attended alongside her husband before leaving him at around 3:10pm to be treated at the private medical clinic.
The joint appearance at the hospital appears to be a break in royal protocol from the new King and Queen.

The Queen smiled as she left a rear exit of The London Clinic at 3.10pm.
Camilla, 76, subsequently got into the back seat of a waiting car.
She told onlookers "He's fine, thank you," as she departed the hospital, six hours after arriving.
This comes as the Queen has been giving updates on His Majesty over the past week.

For example, on Monday whilst out on an engagement in Swindon, she told well-wishers for the King that he was “fine” as he awaited his operation.
Also, last Thursday, the Queen was asked by another well-wisher about how King Charles was doing the day after his diagnosis was announced.
Camilla replied: “He’s fine, thank you very much. Looking forward to getting back to work.”
Princess Kate, 41, is still recovering at The London Clinic after undergoing "planned abdominal surgery".

Kate is expected to remain in hospital for between 10 and 14 days before returning home to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor.
The King visited Kate this morning before his surgery for his enlarged prostate.
Prince William is currently understood to be taking care of Prince George, 10, Princess Charlotte, eight, and Prince Louis, five whilst Kate is recuperating.
