Queen Camilla has paid tribute to Queen Elizabeth II as she stepped out in a Diamond tiara just hours after announcing she was suffering from pneumonia.
The Queen joined Charles in hosting the Emir of Qatar and Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani at a State Banquet at Buckingham Palace.
The pair will be joined by member of the Royal Family, including the Prince of Wales, Duke and Duchess of Edinburgh and Princess Anne.
Most notably, the Prince of Wales was not in attendance after partaking in a busy daytime schedule.

The Queen returned to the engagement wearing the Queen Alexandra’s Kokoshnik Tiara.
The piece belonged to the late Queen Elizabeth II.
She accessorised with a Diamond necklace that also belonged to The late Queen.
The royal wore a red velvet evening dress by Fiona Clare, with diamond earning from her private collection.

Both family orders were pinned on her royal blue sash.
In addition, the 77-year-old wore a ruby and diamond bracelet.
The Duchess of Edinburgh is wearing a Suzannah dress with diamond and aquamarine tiara, part of the Royal Collection.
The three-course banquet featured a starter of lobster followed by a main course of Windsor Pheasant wrapped in Savoy cabbage, with a selection of five wines to compliment the dish.

The flowers will be donated to Floral Angels, a charity based at the New Covent Garden Flower Market in London, who Camilla is a patron to.
They are then delivered to hospices, elderly care homes, shelters, and many other beneficiaries within the local community.
