Princess Mary was nowhere to be seen in a new festive family video, just one month after "affair" rumours rocked the Danish royal household.
Crown Prince Frederik of Denmark took to Instagram today to share a sweet festive video of him and his four children wishing a Danish astronaut a happy Christmas.
He captioned the video saying: "For the first time, a Dane is celebrating Christmas in space. Before the Crown Prince family travelled to Aarhus for Christmas, His Royal Highness the Crown Prince called from Earth to the International Space Station to wish astronaut Andreas Mogensen 'Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year'.
"Although the connection was a bit unstable, it turned into a longer conversation between the Crown Prince and the astronaut.

"The special Christmas call guarded the curiosity of the children of the Crown Prince couple, and one by one the princes and princesses joined the conversation, where Andreas Mogensen, among other things, gave Their Royal Highnesses a tour of the space station."
Royal fans commented underneath the video in confusion as Frederik's wife, Crown Princess Mary, was nowhere to be seen, despite all four of their children making an appearance.
One confused royal watcher wrote: "Where is Mary?"
Another said: "Merry Christmas to all of you. Really missing seeing Crown Princess Mary though."

A royal fan commented: "Merry Christmas and the best wishes to you all, but where is Mary?
"Without her, all those videos are not the same."
One social media user took to Mary's defence, posting: "Although I fully understand people's concerns for our Crown Princess, Mary is also only a human being.

The Crown Prince and Princess of Denmark are currently staying in Marselisborg Castle with the rest of the Danish Royal Family to celebrate Christmas.
This came just one month after pictures were posted in the Spanish press of Crown Prince Frederik and a Mexican socialite, Genoveva Casanova, on a night out together.

PACasanova strongly denied any romantic relationship with the Danish prince in a statement last month.
She said: "I flatly deny the statements that suggest a romantic relationship between Prince Frederick and me."
"Any statement of this type is not only completely untrue but also distorts the facts in a malicious manner.
"This is already in the hands of my lawyers, who will take care of the pertinent steps to protect my right to honour, truth and privacy."
