Princess Eugenie travelled to Royal Lodge to be with her parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson.
Eugenie celebrated her birthday on Sunday with a heartwarming tribute from her mother, who shared a collection of photos on Instagram.
One photo showed an epic cake featuring the playful nickname "Eugie Boogie" written in icing, believed to have been eaten in the York family home, Royal Lodge.
The Duke of York signed a 75-year lease in 2003 to acquire access to the Crown Estate property in Windsor.

Despite divorcing in 1996, the Duchess of York stays at Royal Lodge when in the UK.
The Duchess posted a carousel of images showing precious family moments throughout Eugenie's life.
Among the touching photographs was a sweet throwback featuring a young Eugenie walking hand-in-hand with Sarah and her older sister Princess Beatrice.
The trio were clad in matching outfits and beaming with joy in the carefree childhood snapshot.

Each image captured different stages of the Princess's life, creating a touching visual journey through her 35 years.
Sarah accompanied the photos with a heartfelt caption: "Wishing a wonderful birthday to my beloved daughter, @princesseugenie!
"It has been a joy to watch you grow into such an extraordinary person, full of kindness, wisdom and strength."
She continued: "Your generosity and warmth brighten the lives of so many, and I am endlessly proud of all that you do. With all my love on your special day. X."
Fans quickly responded with their own well wishes in the comments section.
"The pictures are beautiful and show mother and daughter!! Happy birthday, dear Princess Eugenie!!!" wrote one follower.
Another added: "It's been a pleasure knowing you and watching you grow almost all of your life. Have a fabulous day."
Eugenie, who shares sons August and Ernest with husband Jack Brooksbank, currently splits her time between London and Portugal.

The family-of-four maintains their UK base at Ivy Cottage on the Kensington Palace grounds whilst also enjoying a quieter life abroad.
Brooksbank focuses on his business ventures in Portugal, though the family frequently returns to London.
Speaking previously on the Table Manners podcast, Eugenie praised their Portuguese lifestyle: "This is why Portugal is the dream because I can go to the supermarket in my exercise gear and my hair piled on my head and not mind.
"Not care. No one cares."
