Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice's "refusal" to perform royal duties has "complicated their inheritance", a property expert exclusively told GB News.
The King's nieces are not working members of the Royal Family, despite being raised with HRH Princess titles.
Their father, Prince Andrew, has lived in Royal Lodge, the former home of the Queen Mother, since 2003.
It is a spacious 30-room mansion on the Windsor Estate, a stone's throw away from Windsor Castle.

According to reports, King Charles is eager for his younger brother to move out of Royal Lodge and into Frogmore Cottage, the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.
But the Duke of York wants to leave the property, which he leases from the Crown Estate, as an inheritance for his daughters, Beatrice, 35, and Eugenie, 34.
The Apprentice candidate and owner of Golden Key Property, Raj Chohan, spoke exclusively to GB News to explain whether or not Andrew actually owns the property.
Royal Lodge was formerly the home of the Queen MotherPAShe said: "Royal Lodge is part of the Crown Estate. Since the Epstein scandal, Prince Andrew has been stripped away from royal duties, which would mean as the Crown is funded through taxes and he is not now fulfilling formal duties, this would now not form part of his estate.
"I would assume he is like a sitting tenant, paying £250 a week and maintaining the upkeep of the property that’s worth over £30million."
As Andrew leases the property, Chohan explained how he could still be able to leave the property as an inheritance for his daughters.
She added: "Prince Andrew has expressed wishes to hand the property down to his daughters.

PA"As we don’t know the legal contracts, we would assume that they would take the property.
"For now, this is still part of the Crown Estate and the board of directors would decide the long-term plans."
Chohan further explained how the property would be divvied up between Beatrice and her younger sister Eugenie.
She explained: "In a form of inheritance for the country, siblings get equal shares in all assets.

Princess Eugenie has two young sons with her husband, Jack Brooksbank.
Meanwhile, Princess Beatrice is stepmother to Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi's son Wolfie, eight, and the couple also share a two-year-old daughter named Sienna.
