The Princess of York travelled to Stuttgart for work purposes

Princess Eugenie was spotted in Germany just days before Prince William was set to travel abroad.

The Princess of York travelled to Stuttgart as part of her work with the Anti-Slavery Collective, a charity Eugenie co-founded in 2017 to help eradicate modern-day slavery.

Eugenie and her colleague Julia de Boinville attended the unveiling of the Yazidi Mother & Justice memorial, designed by Rebecca Hawkins.

They wrote on social media: "Over the last 25 years, Rebecca, with a love of using lyrical symbolism, teamed with strong imagery, uses sculpture to tell inspiring stories of strength through adversity, which champion our innate need for freedom and ability to thrive in difficult times.

"This sculpture, unveiled in Stuttgart this week, is inspired by an utterly harrowing real-life story from a survivor of the Yazidi genocide.

"It also celebrates the first successful prosecutions of two Isis fighters.

"The concept centres around the scales of justice which are weighted undeniably towards the mother and her children.

"An incredible and compelling piece of art which we urge you to visit."

Eugenie's cousin, Prince William, is set to travel to Germany today to watch England play Switzerland in the Euros quarter-final.

The match, which takes place in Dusseldorf at 5pm, will be manager Gareth Southgate's 100th game in charge.

This makes Southgate only the third manager to reach the landmark.

Prince William, who is also the President of the FA, was incredibly animated throughout the Euros clash on June 20 against Denmark.

The Prince of Wales later congratulated Gareth Southgate's men after the Three Lions sealed their place in the quarter-finals of the Euros with a dramatic 2-1 win against Slovakia.

In a post on social media alongside a picture of Jude Bellingham kissing Harry Kane's forehead, William wrote: "Emotional rollercoaster!

"Let's go! Quarter finals here we come! W."
