Princess Charlotte shows tight bond with Prince Louis in new Royal Family picture

In the newly released snap, Louis can be seen gazing up at Charlotte, who peers back at him supportively, while their older brother Prince George, 11, follows closely behind.

The intimate moment was captured during the fourth annual Christmas concert, which was spearheaded by the Princess of Wales earlier this month.

During the service, the siblings' close bond was particularly evident as Charlotte stepped in to help her younger brother with his candle.

The service featured performances by notable artists including Paloma Faith, Olivia Dean, and Gregory Porter, whilst Prince William delivered a Bible reading and actor Richard E. Grant read from Charles Dickens's A Christmas Carol.

Throughout the service, Prince Louis displayed endearing moments of closeness with his mother, the Princess of Wales.

The six-year-old was observed shuffling closer to Kate while his older siblings remained in their seats, showing his desire to stay near his mother during the public event.

The Princess of Wales remained attentive to her youngest child throughout the evening, ensuring his comfort in the formal setting.

Kate was seen constantly smiling down at Louis and placing a loving hand on his back as they departed the cathedral.

Following the service, the Wales children participated in a touching tradition involving the Kindness Tree outside Westminster Abbey.

Each child placed handwritten notes on the tree, paying tribute to those who had supported them throughout the year.

Prince Louis' message revealed a particularly personal touch, as he dedicated his red label to his maternal grandparents, Carole and Michael Middleton.

His heartfelt note read: "Thank you to granny and grandpa because they have played games with me."

The Kindness Tree activity formed part of the evening's broader celebration of resilience and kindness, recognising individuals who have made a difference in their communities.
