The charity works across Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
It is unknown why Princess Charlene, 45, was unable to attend, especially as she's done charity work for the organisation before.
For the event, Princess Caroline looked incredible in a dark blue Chanel dress, while Casiraghi wore an SS23 RTW dress from the brand.
The striking patterned dress looked amazing on the 37-year-old.

Casiraghi was joined by her husband, Dimitri Rassam, and his mother, French actress Carole Bouquet.
Bouquet opted for a dramatic full black skirt, teamed nicely with a pink patterned jacket.
