Dara shared glimpses of their holiday adventures on social media

Princess Beatrice's eight-year-old stepson Wolfie has been enjoying a half-term break in Florida with his mother Dara Huang.

The youngster has been making the most of his time in the Sunshine State, combining family visits with trips to popular attractions including SeaWorld.

Dara, a 42-year-old architect originally from Florida, shared glimpses of their holiday adventures on social media, describing it as "what half-term looks like when you're from Florida".

The mother-son duo have been documented enjoying various activities, from riding in a pink flamingo-shaped boat to sharing candy floss at theme parks.

Their trip has focused on reconnecting with family, with Dara noting that "spending time with our loved ones is the most important part of school break".

Dara shared touching photographs of Wolfie spending time with his grandmother during their Florida visit.

The architect posted two images on Instagram, showing the pair at a breakfast bar together and sharing cuddles.

"Grandma and Wolfie," Dara captioned one of the images, followed by another sweet snapshot simply titled "Wolfie cuddles".

The holiday has been documented through a collection of photos shared by Dara, showcasing their various activities across Florida and Miami.

In a recent interview with Tatler, Dara revealed that Wolfie's education might see him spending more time in the US in the future.

"England is known for its education because it's strict and regimented, but I love the American spirit, and that's something they don't really teach you here," she told the publication.

Wolfie was born in 2016 to Dara and her then-fiancé Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi, who separated two years later.

Edoardo has since married Princess Beatrice, creating a successful co-parenting arrangement between all parties.

Speaking to Harper's Bazaar about their family dynamic, Dara expressed gratitude for the situation: "Wolfie has had two sets of parents trying to help him on both sides, and I just think, 'The more, the merrier'."

She further emphasised the positive nature of their arrangement, stating: "I feel lucky to have such positive people around him, who really embrace him – because it didn't have to be so easy."

Wolfie is away for the school half-term but will return to the UK to be reunited with Edoardo and Princess Beatrice.
