Calls are growing for Prince William to promote his cousins, Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie, as working royals after their rare engagement received huge praise on social media.
Princess Eugenie shared a statement on Instagram following her recent visit to the Teenage Cancer Trust Ward at UCLH with her mother, Sarah Ferguson, and sister, Princess Beatrice.
"We are so proud to be Honorary Patrons of Teenage Cancer Trust," she wrote.
The Princess explained they met with young patients and their families, as well as the nurses and youth workers supporting them.
