Princess Beatrice "does not want to be involved in Prince William and Prince Harry's rift", a former staff member of the Royal Family has claimed.
The Princess of York, 36, is a first cousin of the Prince of Wales and the Duke of Sussex.
Along with her younger sister Princess Eugenie, Beatrice grew up with Prince William and Prince Harry, appearing beside each other at public royal occasions like Christmas at Sandringham and Trooping the Colour.
Since 2020, Prince Harry and his wife Meghan Markle have been living in the US and no longer perform royal duties.

Former royal butler Grant Harrold has claimed that despite being a "natural peacemaker", Princess Beatrice is unlikely to get involved in the rift.
He said: "[Princess] Beatrice could act as a peacemaker for Harry, William, and Charles.
"She would be someone to initiate peace in the family.

"She’s close to both William and Harry, as well as the King—and they trust her.
"It would be her out of anyone else—but she wouldn’t want to be too involved. She would try to be careful."
The butler suggested that the mother-of-one has likely spoken to King Charles's two sons over the past couple of years.
He continued to tell Fruity Slots: "I have no doubt she would have spoken to the two brothers at some point to try to improve the situation.

"Beatrice was very close to the late Queen. They had a strong bond, which was respected by the royals. She’s also close to her uncle, King Charles, and cousins, William and Harry.
"She gets on well with all the family and is known for being approachable and trustworthy."
Beatrice also has a great bond with William and Harry individually, Harrold has claimed.
He said: "It’s never changed. They always have a lot of jokes together and can have a laugh. They’re cousins, but they’re close and have each other’s backs. They do spend a lot of time together."
