Beatrice’s husband boasted about his property designs just days after he was accused of being “out of touch”.
Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi is the founder and chief executive of Banda Property, a luxurious company based in central London.
Earlier this week, he was criticised for making an out of touch remark about buying property in London.
Edoardo told a property journalist last week: “I say to my friends, if you're going to live somewhere full time in London, it's Chelsea, Belgravia, Notting Hill or Holland Park.”

His remark left some people unhappy about the 'pretentious' nature of the statement with one person stating: “It sums up the pretentiousness and greed of people in the high-end property market.”
Another person said: “Why people pay ridiculous sums for a posh address is a mystery.”
Now, Beatrice’s husband has spoken about his latest luxurious property on Mulberry Square, in Chelsea Barracks.
The mission of Edoardo’s company is to bring luxury designs to previously undervalued areas of London.
In an interview with Tatler.com, he talked about the home as one of the most important achievements of his design career.
Edoardo said: “We wanted to create a ‘collection of a lifetime’ whilst encouraging joy and surprise through the design.
“It has such as wonderful energy and buzz – one can only imagine the ultimate playdate for children in the swimming pool followed by everyone piling on to the oversized, bespoken linen sofa in the cinema room to watch a film.”
The Banda’s new Mulberry Square project is on the market for £42million via Savills and Knight Frank.
