Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi has hinted at leaving "future heirlooms" for his children, Wolfie, Sienna and Athena.
The husband of Princess Beatrice has established himself as a leading figure in global design through his studio Banda.
Founded some 15 years ago, Banda has experienced rapid worldwide growth with projects from New York to Australia's Gold Coast.
Despite this international expansion, Edoardo's work in London remains impressive, as evidenced by the recent completion of a stunning 12,000 square-foot townhouse in Chelsea Barracks.

The seven-bedroom property in Whistler Square represents a new chapter for the coveted Belgravia district.
Edoardo was greatly inspired by the home's Belgravia location, describing Chelsea Barracks as "one of London's most extraordinary modern estates".
"It's set within five acres of landscaped gardens—a rarity in Belgravia—which creates a sense of space, light, and tranquillity that's quite unparalleled in central London," he told Vogue Living.
He views each piece as "an artwork unto itself" with items selected for their "sculptural presence".
"For me, these aren't just furniture pieces they're future heirlooms," Edoardo said. "Each one has a strong silhouette, a sense of depth and tactility, and an undeniable presence."
The property developer's comments highlight the exclusive nature of the area, where such expansive private green spaces are uncommon luxuries available only to the most privileged residents.
According to Edoardo, the townhouse "integrates architecture, design, and green space in a way that respects the area's heritage while also looking forward."
The property conveys principles of Georgian architecture: balance, symmetry and proportion.
"The craftsmanship that has gone into this development—from the Portland stone facades to the meticulously designed interiors—echoes the same commitment to quality and longevity that defines Banda's own philosophy," he added.
"It's a place that embodies quiet luxury, an address that feels both historic and contemporary in the best possible way."
The expansive townhouse is a study in "intelligent flow", according to Edoardo.
"The townhouse is wider than a typical Belgravia home—between eight and 10 metres wide—which allows for a real sense of volume, something quite rare in period properties," he explained.
Sienna and Athena, Edoardo's children with Princess Beatrice, are being raised in the Cotswolds with their parents.
Meanwhile, Wolfie, who is raised by his father and his mother, Dara Huang, Edoardo's ex-fiancée, spends the majority of his time in London.
