Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie "do not want Royal Lodge" despite their father refusing to leave the property because it is their "inheritance", according to GB News Royal Correspondent Cameron Walker.
Prince Andrew currently lives in the sprawling £30 million property but King Charles wants his brother to downsize and move into the much smaller Frogmore Cottage, which requires less expensive upkeep.
The Telegraph reported Andrew has "refused" to move out of the property despite threats from the King that he will be cut off.
Friends of the Duke of York have claimed that Andrew, 64, intends to continue living at Royal Lodge and wants to leave it to his daughters.
On this week's episode of The Royal Record podcast Cameron said that Beatrice and Eugenie don't "want or need" the royal property.
He explained: "Those two, I think, are perhaps in a lot of favour with the working royals at the moment. We saw both sisters support their cousin Prince William at the garden party recently.

"They both do their own separate charity work. Princess Eugenie championing World Oceans Day this week on her Instagram page, for example, and Princess Beatrice, helping out with a youth charity in New York and doing a charity kind of absailing down the Empire State Building.
"She did an interview on ITV, her first live interview. So their profiles are only going up, they also have full-time jobs themselves. They have their own income.
"They've got two very wealthy husbands and their own family. I don't think they need a Royal Lodge or want Royal Lodge.
"And then will the Prince and Princess of Wales who eventually move in? Who knows?"
Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie are "in favour" with the working royals at the moment
GettyCo-host Svar Nanan-Sen agreed with Cameron and stated that the sisters "don't want to be dragged into the feud".
He said: "A really good point is that Beatrice and Eugenie are very independent. They live their own lives."
He added: "It's just it's difficult to see whether they would want to be dragged into this feud around the Royal Lodge. Maybe it is just something that Andrew feels that he has to do.
"You mentioned that Eugenie and Beatrice are back in favour. There was a report this week that Princess Eugenie has now been removed from the Royal Family blacklist, which she was originally on due to her close ties with Meghan Markle and Prince Harry.
"We know that Eugenie was seen as one of, if not the, closest member of the Royal Family to the Sussexes. She was the first member that Meghan Markle was actually introduced to.
"I think being dragged into this Royal Lodge feud now is not something that either of them will want."
Cameron said that the women may take a lead from their mother and "let the brothers fight it out."
