Prince William has "boosted" the UK and Estonia's international relationship, a cleantech entrepreneur who has met the Prince of Wales told GB News.
The Prince of Wales attended a workshop showcasing a range of energy start-ups that are part of the Cleantech Association in Estonia on Thursday afternoon, to learn about how the country is increasing its energy security by developing renewable energy.
It concludes the first day of the prince's two-day international trip to the Baltic state.
The visit aims to convey Britain's commitment to defending the region amid growing tensions with Russia.

Anni Oviir, CEO of LCA Support, who met with the Prince of Wales on Thursday, told GB News: "The UK has been a loyal friend to Estonia for more than a century, so we're really excited to welcome the Prince of Wales on his first visit here.
"While security understandably gets the most attention, we're grateful that Prince William is also using his time here to learn about how Estonian technology and expertise is helping build a more sustainable world.

She added: "Sustainability is key to our future competitiveness, in the UK as across the EU, and we need to remain competitive in order to invest more in defence.
"Prince William gets that, so we're really excited to show him how Estonia's tech and startup sector is contributing to these shared goals. We hope he'll leave Estonia with new perspectives and fresh ideas that will boost British-Estonian cooperation long after his visit."
Tallinn-based LCA Support serves construction sector companies across the EU, the UK, and the US by calculating their environmental impacts and helping them reduce it in future.
Oviir said: "For Estonians, it meant a lot. We had lots of people waiting. The crowds were waiting for him."

The Estonian CEO told the People's Channel that the Prince of Wales was very well informed on the eastern-European territory.
She said: "He had clearly done his research when it when it comes to Estonia, and it's just, was interesting to hear how he was connecting the defence and the clean tech because so if, if we are not sustainable, we are not competitive, and that means we actually are not able to defend ourselves, pay for our defence."
Oviir recalled Prince William telling her that "We don't need to search for one silver bullet, but we, we should instead have 100 bronze bullets when it comes to tackling climate change."

She concluded: "Everybody has been just very impressed and happy. We had lots of crowds waiting for him outside once the meeting was finished. It's been very successful and definitely boosted Estonian and UK's relationship.
"Estonia has been a friend of the UK for a long time, and that is a very important relationship for us.
"I have two British children, so for my family, it was important that he came. For us, it was definitely a big deal. And our children also wanted to hear and understand who is coming and why is he coming."
