Kate and William are likely to be accompanied by their royal nanny, Maria Borrallo, who has worked for the family since 2014.
The Waleses are set to join King Charles in Scotland on his annual summer break.
In previous years, Prince William, Kate, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and six-year-old Prince Louis have flown economy to Inverness Airport.
Maria was spotted in 2022 disembarking from a flight with Charlotte and Louis.
William and George were believed to have boarded a separate flight.
Again in 2019, Maria was pictured with Kate as she held one-year-old Louis after taking a FlyBe flight to Aberdeen airport.
The nanny was born in Spain and is a Norland-trained nanny.
