Their Majesties and His Royal Highness will then spend time with the award holders and their families in the Grand Reception Room.
Representatives of posthumously awarded recipients will also be present at this prestigious event.
The Victoria Cross and George Cross Association was founded in 1956 to represent all living holders of these exceptional honours.

King Charles succeeded Queen Elizabeth II as Patron of the Association upon his Accession, having previously served as President since 2003.
His Majesty followed Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother in the role of President, who had succeeded Sir Winston Churchill.
As President, King Charles attended Reunion Services at St. Martin-in-the-Fields Church and hosted Teas for the Association at St. James's Palace every two years.
Queen Elizabeth II served as Patron from 1957 until 2022, holding receptions for the Association every four years.
The Victoria Cross was instituted by Queen Victoria in January 1856, made retrospective to 1854 to include the Crimean War.
It recognises "most conspicuous bravery or some daring pre-eminent act of valour or self-sacrifice or extreme devotion to duty in the presence of the enemy".
The George Cross was established by King George VI on 24th September 1940, during the height of the Blitz.
This primarily civilian award recognises "acts of the greatest heroism or of the most conspicuous courage in circumstances of extreme danger"
Queen Elizabeth II served as Patron from 1957 until 2022, holding receptions for the Association every four years.
PAMilitary personnel may receive the George Cross for gallantry not in the face of the enemy.
The upcoming reception marks the first time the Association has been hosted at Windsor Castle since 2006.
The last reception for Victoria Cross and George Cross holders was held in May 2018.
