Prince William has admitted he is "not ready" for Christmas, despite looking forward to festive celebrations with 45 family members at Sandringham House.
The Prince of Wales made the candid confession during a seasonal event for military families in Wiltshire on Tuesday.
"Am I ready for Christmas? No, no way am I ready," the future king revealed.
William shared that he was eagerly anticipating spending the big day with dozens of relatives "all in one room", noting that the family are "normally spread out".

The Prince and Princess of Wales, along with their children George, Charlotte and Louis, are expected to join King Charles and Queen Camilla at the Norfolk estate.
During his visit to Picton Barracks, Prince William met with families of the 1st Battalion Mercian Regiment in his role as colonel-in-chief.
The Prince was introduced to Private Derby XXXIII, the regiment's 18-month-old Swaledale mascot.
William spent time meeting soldiers and their families, distributing bags of presents to children gathered around a Christmas tree.

In a conversation with Leah St Clair-Lewis from the WRVS, the prince revealed he would be "enjoying walks with his dogs at Sandringham" during the festive period.
William's Christmas update comes just days after he and his children joined the Princess of Wales for her Together at Christmas carol service.
The event is seen as one of Kate's most iconic appearances in the royal calendar.
It was the fourth year in a row the Princess of Wales hosted the service which was founded in 2021.
