Prince William has revealed that 89-year-old baking legend Mary Berry taught him everything during a Welsh cake-making challenge with Princess Kate.
The Prince of Wales made the admission while showcasing his baking skills in Pontypridd, Wales, on Wednesday.
The royal couple visited the town ahead of St David's Day, donning aprons at The Welsh Cake Shop in the local market.
With flour stuck to the sleeve of his maroon sweater, William smiled and credited the TV cooking legend for his culinary abilities.

William and Kate's visit marked their first joint engagement since last year and their first joint trip to Wales since Kate announced last March she had started her cancer treatment.
Kate, 43, has been making a gradual return to public duties since completing her chemotherapy last summer.
The couple were greeted by cheering crowds when they arrived in Pontypridd to learn how the community is coping following recent devastating flooding.
The pair's visit was delayed by almost an hour due to train disruptions.

At The Welsh Cake Shop, the royal couple rolled out pre-made dough as William asked shop owner Theresa Conner: "Is it thick enough?"
William joked about his "stunning baker skills", saying: "Mary Berry taught me everything I need to know." The couple cooked their cakes on a hot plate, turning them after five minutes.
Madison Conner, daughter of the shop owner, gave their efforts high praise, saying: "They're perfect, they're great – they're banging."
Theresa Conner later commented: "They were surprisingly very good and both good bakers. I gave them a quick demonstration and they took to it like ducks to water."
