Prince Louis appears to be missing a finger in Photoshop blunder on Kate and Prince William's Christmas card

The picture chosen by William and Kate shows the family all wearing plain shirts standing around a beaming Princess Charlotte who is sitting on a chair in the middle.

The relaxed nature of the family photo has been praised by royal fans but many have spotted what appears to be a glaring error.

However, Prince Louis looks to be missing a middle finger in the picture.

The error must not have been spotted by the royals as the photo was released to the masses on Saturday.

However, royal fans were quick to spot the missing finger and took to social media to point it out.

One wrote: "What has happened to Prince Louis' finger?"

Another said: "Excuse me but where is Prince Louis' finger?"

A third posted: "Ok and also is Prince Louis missing a finger? What in the AI is going on?"

Royal fans also spotted a "crown" on Prince George's head in the new family portrait released by Kensington Palace.

Due to the way the light catches the young royal's hair in the photo, there appears be a small crown on his head.

GB News viewer Rebecca said: "The picture's lovely, but at first glance I thought George was wearing a small crown.

"That's just because of the way the light is. It's the light on his hair. But once, once you see it, you can't unsee it."

Many royal fans took to social media to comment on the 'crown' on George's head.

One wrote: "Am I the only one who sees a reflection of a crown on the future King Prince George? How cool."

Another said: "Beautiful family. And the light shines a little crown on Prince George's head...what a good omen."
