Princess Kate has finally released a "new unedited" photo of Prince Louis to mark his sixth birthday.
GB News understands the Prince and Princess of Wales are grateful for the birthday messages they have received for Prince Louis who is celebrating his sixth birthday today.
A "new unedited image" was taken in the last few days in Windsor by Princess Kate.
Prince William, 41, and Kate, 42, are understood to have been keen to share a new image of Louis on their social media accounts to thank the public for their birthday wishes.

They captioned the adorable new post, saying: "Happy 6th Birthday, Prince Louis! Thank you for all the kind wishes today."
In the photo, Louis wore a cute pinstriped shirt as he lay down on the grass at Adelaide Cottage.
The prince had his arms folded as he grinned into the camera lens.
The Prince and Princess of Wales broke tradition by not releasing a photograph of Prince Louis the night before his birthday, as done in previous years.

Last month, Kate caused controversy when she admitted to editing a photograph released to mark Mother's Day.
After the picture was pulled from several photo agencies, the princess took to social media to apologise for any "confusion".
She wrote: "Like many amateur photographers, I do occasionally experiment with editing.
"I wanted to express my apologies for any confusion the family photograph we shared yesterday caused.
