Model and socialite Lady Victoria Hervey has said that Prince Harry could come up with a "new idea" to try and save his residence in the US, as the battle over his visa continues.
The Duke of Sussex is under fire over his US visa application after American conservative think tank The Heritage Foundation launched legal action in an attempt to have official documents made public.
They claim Harry has either lied about his previous drug use on his visa application or has been given special treatment by the US government.
In his memoir Spare, Harry admitted to taking drugs including cocaine and marijuana.

PASpeaking to GBN America, Lady Victoria Hervey said: "I think there are two sides to this right now and one is saying that he may have made it up [for his book.]
"I mean, I don't know if this is like his legal counsel telling him this but that could be a new idea for him to get out of it.

"They could say that he's actually made it up to sell books, which people might think 'oh yeah. But why would he do that?'
"He's done all these like he's done all these TV interviews talking about how he had to do ayahuasca.
"My experience of that is I haven't done ayahuasca, but my friends that have done it and have dealt with drug issues in their past.
"They see ayahuasca as the last frontier, in a way, of what they can do to help addiction."

According to the model, the reason that US President Joe Biden has allowed the prince to stay in the country is because of "Meghan's ties to the deep state".
Former president Donald Trump has previously suggested he would deport Harry, as he would do any other citizen, that was found to have lied on their visa application.
She said: "It is just a bit embarrassing I think at this point.
"The story has sort of continued and continued. I think people look at him as a bit silly.
"He said a lot of things in that book that were not necessary."
The Biden administration has so far refused to make Prince Harry's visa application public.
US immigration law has harsh penalties for lying to immigration officials, including deportation and being barred from applying for citizenship.
