Prince Harry will return to the UK in just two weeks as his attendance at an event on the eve of the first anniversary of Queen Elizabeth II's death has been confirmed.
The Duke of Sussex will attend the WellChild award ceremony on September 7 2023.
The late Queen died peacefully at Balmoral in Scotland on September 8 2022.

King Charles is expected to mark the first anniversary of his mother's death privately at the Balmoral estate.
It is therefore unlikely that Prince Harry will see his father during his brief visit to the UK.

Harry said regarding the charity: "For nearly 20 years, WellChild has been transforming the lives of children and young people across the UK, providing critical care that prioritises the physical, mental and emotional well-being of these individuals and their families."
During his appearance at the event, Harry will spend time with each winner and their families and present the award for Inspirational Child (aged four to six) before delivering a speech.
The Duke of Sussex is also not expected to reunite with Prince William and Princess Kate.

It comes as a source claimed Prince Harry's "very painful" betrayal of his brother Prince William is scuppering the chance of crunch talks between the Duke of Sussex and King Charles.
The Duke of Sussex launched several public attacks on senior members of the Royal Family, including his brother William, in his autobiography Spare.
A friend of William has claimed that the Prince of Wales feels "utterly betrayed" by comments Prince Harry made in Spare and in his Netflix documentary titled Harry & Meghan.
Prince William's friend said: "He feels utterly betrayed by what Harry wrote about him in the book [Spare] and said about him on Netflix."
The source continued: "They were very close growing up so it has been very painful for William.
"But ultimately what can he do? Just look at Spare.
"It’s literally William’s worst nightmare. It is a total violation of his privacy.
